HGIT acquires Charlotte Design Center

Hines Global Income Trust acquired the Design Center of the Carolinas in Charlotte. The seller was Asana Partners, represented by Eastdil Secured. This is a REIT-level asset acquisition; Asana is not a Hines co-investor in the purchase.
