Goldman Sachs agrees to acquire LCN Capital Partners

Goldman Sachs signed an agreement to acquire real-estate investment manager LCN Capital Partners, which oversaw about USD 3bn as of June 30, 2026. Consideration is approximately USD 260m upfront and up to USD 150m contingent/deferred; expected close by end-2026.
