Veritiv acquisition cashes out Baupost-advised partnership shares

CD&R completed its acquisition of Veritiv on November 30, 2023. Baupost’s subsequent ownership filing states that all reported Veritiv shares held for advised partnerships were acquired in the merger, leaving no reported shares. Baupost was a selling shareholder, not an acquisition co-investor in this transaction.
