European Commission publishes proposed Ares–Baupost Nova Eventis transaction

The European Commission published notice of a proposed acquisition of joint control over Prejan Enterprises, which held and operated the Nova Eventis shopping mall. The applicants were Ares group’s Galaxy Holding and Baupost group’s BPI 25. The notice is not evidence of closing.
