Quartermile management buyout purchases business from Moorfield and Baupost-managed funds

Moorfield reported that Paul Curran and Mike Milligan had purchased all shares in Quartermile Edinburgh Limited from MREFIII and Baupost-managed funds. The business became part of Qmile Group. Transaction value was explicitly undisclosed.
