Bakkavor reports ownership change involving Baupost-managed funds

Bakkavor’s first-quarter results reported that Bakk AL Holdings had purchased a majority of its shares, as previously announced in January 2016. The holding company was majority-owned by Agust and Lydur Gudmundsson, with the remaining equity held by Baupost-managed funds.
