Arrive Logistics receives mixed primary and secondary investment including Baupost

An ATL-led investor group including Baupost, British Columbia Investment Management Corporation and Temasek invested in Arrive Logistics through primary and secondary equity. The group acquired a significant minority stake. Neither the consortium stake nor aggregate amount is attributed to Baupost individually.
