Wolfspeed agrees additional debt financing with Baupost among lender group

Wolfspeed announced additional debt financing agreed with a consortium led by Apollo, Baupost, Fidelity Management & Research and Capital Group. The financing was distinct from proposed CHIPS funding and subject to staged issuance and conditions. No aggregate amount is attributed to Baupost.
