Newmark arranges Artise refinancing for Schnitzer West and Baupost
Baupost Group →Newmark announced refinancing of The Artise office tower from Goldman Sachs and Deutsche Bank on behalf of Schnitzer West and Baupost. The tower was completed in 2024. No financing amount is treated as Baupost’s own investment.
