Schnitzer West and Baupost secure Artise construction loan
Baupost Group →JLL arranged a construction loan for a joint venture led by Schnitzer West and Baupost to develop The Artise office tower in Bellevue. Accounts managed by KKR supplied the financing. Baupost was on the borrower-side venture, not the lender.
