Zeckendorf, Atlas and Baupost secure West Village development financing

A joint venture of Zeckendorf Development, Atlas Capital Group and Baupost secured financing from Blackstone for land acquisition and pre-development work at a West Village residential site. Newmark arranged the financing. The project valuation and loan amount are not Baupost’s own exposure.
