JLL arranged financing for Gattuso Development Partners and Vigilant Holdings’ life-sciences project at 3201 Cuthbert Street. Corebridge Financial supplied the construction loan and Baupost provided an additional equity commitment. The construction-loan amount is not Baupost’s equity commitment.
