Kyotherm secures €200 million multi-currency facility from Allianz Global Investors
InfraVia Capital Partners →On 28 April 2026, InfraVia-backed Kyotherm and Allianz Global Investors announced a €200 million multi-currency debt facility to refinance selected existing projects and fund future investment. The facility is denominated across euros, sterling and US dollars, with a capital-expenditure component drawable over 3.5 years. Drawdowns depend on sizing metrics and portfolio credit-quality checks, aligning financing with the long-term contracted character of the assets. Proceeds also support the acquisition of 11 operational projects from SDCL Efficiency Income Trust, contributing to Kyotherm’s 414 MW secured net capacity. The structure allows financing or acquisitions without arranging a separate debt package for each project. This is financing for Kyotherm’s portfolio; it is not a €200 million commitment by InfraVia or an LP subscription into an InfraVia fund.
