InfraVia European Fund VI reaches €8 billion hard cap
InfraVia Capital Partners →InfraVia announced on 18 March 2026 that InfraVia European Fund VI had reached its €8 billion hard cap after an 18-month fundraising process. The fund exceeded its original €7 billion target and attracted more than 80 new investors, with over half of commitments originating outside Europe. Its mandate targets resilient European mid-market infrastructure businesses across energy transition, digital infrastructure, mobility and social infrastructure. More than €1 billion had already been committed to OpCore, Louis Dreyfus Armateurs and Prosolia Energy. The release reports €21 billion of cumulative capital raised and a global base above 200 LPs. Campbell Lutyens later reported a €8.08 billion final close on 5 August 2026; this dated difference is preserved for review rather than silently overwriting the manager’s earlier figure.
