Completion of InfraVia 50% acquisition of OpCore

InfraVia and the iliad Group announced completion of their OpCore transaction on 3 April 2025, following the original agreement announced on 4 December 2024. Iliad sold a 50% stake in its data-centre subsidiary to InfraVia, establishing a partnership aimed at building an independent European hyperscale data-centre platform. The partners provide OpCore with financing capacity to develop new facilities above 100 MW in France and elsewhere in Europe, with several construction projects already underway at announcement.
