Kyotherm acquisition of SEIT operational portfolio
InfraVia Capital Partners →InfraVia-backed Kyotherm announced an approximately €120 million acquisition of a 155 MW operating portfolio from SDCL Efficiency Income Trust on 28 April 2026. The acquisition comprises 11 contracted projects across the United States, United Kingdom, Ireland, Portugal, Sweden and Singapore. Assets cover biomass, geothermal, cogeneration and energy savings and are supported by long-term industrial and commercial customer contracts. Financing uses a long-term debt facility against contracted cash flows. The transaction raises Kyotherm’s consolidated capacity to 414 MW and expands its international footprint. InfraVia has supported Kyotherm since November 2024, helping finance renewable heat and efficiency projects. This is a portfolio-company acquisition; the €120 million is the portfolio transaction value, not InfraVia’s own equity commitment or its acquisition price for Kyotherm.
