InfraVia Capital Partners →

On 6 July 2026, InfraVia and CVC announced an agreement for InfraVia European Fund VI to acquire D-Marin alongside its management team. D-Marin was founded in 2003 and acquired by CVC in 2020. At announcement, the platform operated 28 premium marinas across nine countries, with more than 14,300 berths, including over 1,000 superyacht berths. It served more than 50,000 customers annually and included 12 professional boatyards. InfraVia plans continued investment in the marina network, customer services and digital capabilities, drawing on its transportation, maritime and leisure infrastructure experience. Completion was expected during 2026 subject to customary approvals; the announcement does not establish a completed acquisition. Morgan Stanley and White & Case advised InfraVia, while Goldman Sachs and Clifford Chance advised CVC. Consideration was undisclosed.
