Nextdoor completes its merger ahead of public trading

Nextdoor announced completion of its merger with Khosla Ventures Acquisition Co. II, with trading expected November 8. The subsequent prospectus identifies Benchmark VI and VIII fund holdings following the transaction. This is not a claim that Benchmark sold its complete investment.
