Asana becomes a publicly traded company

Asana announced that it had become publicly traded. Its direct-listing registration statement identifies Benchmark Capital Partners VI holding shares for itself and related Founders funds. The direct listing is not characterized as a new financing round or a complete Benchmark exit.
