Qualitas acquires Starz investment management business

In its 12 June 2026 announcement, Qualitas reported its acquisition of the Starz investment management business and associated manager co-investment positions. Completion occurred simultaneously with execution of transaction documents. Starz was historically sponsored by Sightway. This does not establish that every Sightway economic interest exited or that underlying fund assets were sold outright.
