KKR announces majority investment in ISC; Sightway to retain minority interest

KKR announced an agreement to acquire a majority interest in Integrated Specialty Coverages. Sightway Capital was selling its majority position and would retain a minority interest. The announcement is not a complete Sightway exit, a closing-date disclosure, or proof of its current residual ownership.
