Two Sigma Securities announces options-market-making business acquisition

Two Sigma Securities announced completion of its acquisition of Interactive Brokers Group’s US options-market-making business, previously conducted through Timber Hill. This was a business acquisition, not purchase of Interactive Brokers Group itself; October 2 is the release date.
