Two Sigma acquires Hivemind software platform

Two Sigma announced that it acquired the Hivemind software platform from Hivemind Technologies Limited for integration into its data-engineering infrastructure. The announcement concerns software assets, not acquisition of the entire seller or of its shareholders.
