Renaissance reports end of institutional managed-account client mandate

The March 28, 2025 brochure states that the firm no longer had an institutional managed account as a client and that only its funds remained clients. It also states that Renaissance no longer provided certain administrative and operational services to certain management entities or acted as third-party administrator for their private funds. Neither client identity nor exact termination date is established.
