Renaissance discloses merger of RIDGE Master Trading into GF Trading

Renaissance Technologies disclosed in its March 27, 2024 Form ADV Part 2A brochure that RIDGE Master Trading L.P. merged with and into GF Trading LLC effective December 31, 2023. The surviving trading subsidiary is GF Trading LLC. Both RIDA feeders and RIDGE Onshore Fund L.P. and RIDGE Offshore Fund L.P. invest in GF Trading, and the RIDA fund family now includes the RIDGE feeders. The disclosure date is not the merger effective date.
