Spanish official gazette publishes Renaissance short-selling sanction

Spain’s official gazette published the CNMV sanction against Renaissance Technologies LLC for increasing its net short position in Liberbank in breach of a short-selling restriction. The EUR 150,000 sanction was imposed October 30, 2018; the gazette publication was May 27, 2019.
