Coatue launches CTEK with Bezos Expeditions and DFO as anchors

Coatue announced its first tender-offer fund, Coatue Innovation Fund (CTEK), for qualifying individual investors. Bezos Expeditions and DFO Management, LLC were named as initial anchor investors. Combined commitments are not assigned to either investor individually. The fund is now named Coatue Innovative Strategies Fund; the conflicting rename date is omitted.
