AMPYR Distributed Energy equity investment

Stonepeak announced an equity investment in AMPYR Distributed Energy on 22 September 2026. AGP, which launched the platform in 2024, retains an interest. ADE funds, develops, owns and operates on-site renewable energy infrastructure for commercial and industrial customers across the United Kingdom and Europe. At announcement, ADE had contracted 250MW of projects across 200 sites and identified a pipeline exceeding 1GW. The investment is intended to expand project delivery and development capacity. Closing was expected within days, but the release itself does not confirm completion. Ashurst Perkins Coie advised Stonepeak, Corrs Chambers Westgarth advised AGP, and Stifel acted as ADE's sole financial adviser.
