SoftBank agrees AutoStore stake purchase from existing shareholders
Thomas H. Lee Partners →AutoStore announced that SoftBank had agreed to acquire an interest from THL-affiliated funds, EQT and other shareholders. The announcement stated that THL would remain the majority shareholder; it does not establish present ownership.
