THL-led investor group agrees AmeriLife recapitalization
Thomas H. Lee Partners →AmeriLife announced a recapitalization agreement with a THL-led investor group that included Cannae Holdings and certain THL limited partners. THL would acquire a majority stake from existing shareholders.
