ABM agrees to acquire GCA from THL and Goldman Sachs affiliates

ABM announced an agreement to acquire GCA Services Group from THL and Goldman Sachs Merchant Banking affiliates. The proposed consideration included cash and stock. These parties were sellers, not new ABM co-investors inferred from the transaction.
