Federal Street and Universal Hospital Services agree business combination
Thomas H. Lee Partners →THL-affiliated Federal Street Acquisition Corp. and the parent of Universal Hospital Services announced a merger agreement for a combined company to be named Agiliti. Irving Place Capital was the existing UHS sponsor. The release did not announce closing.
