Office Depot agrees to acquire CompuCom from THL

Office Depot announced an agreement to acquire CompuCom from THL with consideration including Office Depot shares. This was the October 3, 2017 signing announcement, not a 2018 event or evidence of an all-cash exit. Completion occurred subsequently.
