Apollo affiliates announce completion of West acquisition
Thomas H. Lee Partners →West and Apollo fund affiliates announced completion of the acquisition of West common stock. The announcement followed the May 2017 merger agreement and said West would cease public trading. Transaction enterprise value is not THL sale proceeds.
