Buyer consortium announces completion of Curo acquisition from THL
Thomas H. Lee Partners →Humana, TPG Capital and Welsh, Carson, Anderson & Stowe announced completion of their acquisition of Curo Health Services from THL. The buyers planned to combine Curo with the Kindred at Home hospice business.
