GIC backs Onex multi-asset continuation transaction

Onex announced the completed continuation transaction with GIC among lead investors. The new vehicle holds interests transferred from Onex funds in Fidelity Building Services Group, PowerSchool and Sedgwick. Onex remains GP; no direct GIC company acquisition or invented fund name is asserted.
