Vanguard agrees to acquire GIC-backed Altruist

Vanguard and Altruist announced a definitive acquisition agreement, with closing expected later in 2026 subject to approvals. GIC's historical Series F investment is separately documented. The agreement is not evidence of a completed GIC exit.
