GIC and Realty Income establish real estate partnership

The partnership includes a planned US logistics development joint venture, Mexico development financing with Hines, and GIC's closed cornerstone investment in Realty Income's US Core Plus fund. Combined venture commitments are not GIC's individual contribution.
