GC-backed Long Lake completes Amex GBT take-private

General Catalyst reported that portfolio company Long Lake completed the Amex GBT take-private. GC’s Creation strategy led Long Lake’s initial investment in February 2024 and supported this transaction. Long Lake, rather than GC directly, is the stated acquirer.
