Castelion announces Series C equity financing with a16z participation

Castelion announced Series C equity financing co-led by JPMorgan Chase’s Strategic Investment Group, Andreessen Horowitz and funds managed by Carlyle. Lightspeed Venture Partners, Lavrock Ventures, Altimeter, General Catalyst, Interlagos and T. Rowe Price Associates also participated. A revolving credit facility was separately described; it is not treated as a16z equity exposure.
