Harvey announces September 2026 financing with a16z participation

Harvey announced new financing co-led by Diffusion and Lightspeed Venture Partners. Andreessen Horowitz participated as an existing investor, alongside Sequoia, Kleiner Perkins, Coatue, Conviction, GIC, Goldman Sachs Alternatives and other named investors. The company plans to accelerate its legal and professional-services AI platform.
