Matrix acquires IPS Adhesives from IPS parent

TruArc-backed Matrix announced acquisition of IPS Adhesives from the parent of IPS Corporation. This was an adhesives-business divestiture, not a sale of all IPS Corporation or a full Centerbridge exit.
