Cerberus to Acquire Substantial Part of the Mechanical Engineering Division of Goodwin plc

Cerberus agreed to acquire specified Goodwin mechanical-engineering businesses. Completion is expected in the first quarter of 2027, subject to approvals and closing conditions. No completed ownership is asserted.
