Vertiv lists following business combination; Platinum retains stake

Vertiv announced completion of its business combination with GS Acquisition Holdings and its planned NYSE trading commencement on February 10. Platinum remained a substantial shareholder at that time; this historical listing is distinct from the later completed disposal of its stake.
