Schneider Electric confirms completed ASCO acquisition
Platinum Equity →Schneider Electric confirmed that its acquisition of ASCO Power Technologies had been finalized. Vertiv's July 27 agreement announcement identifies ASCO as the business being divested and Platinum as Vertiv's owner. This was a business divestiture, not a sale of all Vertiv.
