Awaze completes sale of Landal GreenParks to Roompot

Awaze confirmed the completed sale of Landal GreenParks to Roompot. Awaze's managed vacation-rental business was excluded from the transaction. The release identifies Awaze as a Platinum portfolio company and Roompot as a KKR portfolio company; it does not establish a Platinum–KKR co-investment.
