Ingram Micro announces main closing of CLS divestiture

Platinum announced the main closing of Ingram Micro's sale of most Commerce & Lifecycle Services operations to CMA CGM. Ingram's 2024 annual report confirms the main closing on April 4, 2022 and completion of successive deferred closings by November 16, 2022. This was not an exit from Ingram Micro.
