Platinum Equity and Nestlé announce planned Peranel joint venture

Platinum Equity and Nestlé announced a planned 50/50 Peranel joint venture for Nestlé’s waters and premium beverages business. Closing is expected in the first half of 2027, subject to consultations and regulatory approvals; this is not a completed investment.
