Roark-related selling shareholders complete Driven Brands secondary offering

Driven Equity LLC and RC IV Cayman ICW Holdings LLC, both related entities of Roark Capital Management, sold Driven Brands common shares in a secondary offering. This was a selling-shareholder transaction, not new primary capital raised by Driven Brands.
