The Veritas Capital Vantage Fund, L.P. acquisition of Steampunk

Affiliates of the Vantage Fund agreed to acquire Steampunk. Following closing, Veritas planned to combine Steampunk with its existing portfolio company MetroStar. The announcement does not establish completion of either the acquisition or combination.
